Crawley Cloud

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Crawley Cloud (the "Service"), operated by DevCloud Software ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Crawley Cloud lets you build web scrapers, run them on our infrastructure, and retrieve structured data via our dashboard and API. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and API token secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You are solely responsible for the targets you scrape and for ensuring you have the right to access and use that data, including compliance with each target site's terms, robots.txt, and applicable law.

You retain ownership of the data you extract. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to operate the Service. We own the Service software, the crawley engine integration, and our trademarks.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the availability, accuracy, or legality of third-party websites you scrape. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, including abusive crawling, illegal activity, or non-payment.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
